Can someone please help me install the modchip for my PS2 in OC?

Can anyone in here install the Messiah 2 or Magic 3 modchip? I have the US NTSC Version 1 PS2, and I want to get it modded. I'm willing to pay reasonable price for this help. I don't have the modchip yet so if you have it , I'd like to pay for it also. If not, then I'll buy one and give it to you along with my system. I live in Orange county but willing to ship it if I can't find anyone to do it locally.

i've had a guy in San Francisco install chips in my PS2 and xbox. he does a great job, i'd recommend him.
