Can someone identify these tiny bugs?

We're on the 2nd floor of an office building, and in our stairwell there's a group of pigeons that settled here and have pooped and made their mark all over the floor.

The managers are in the process of calling humane society or whoever to get rid of these..but, after being around that area where the birds are near, my coworker got these tiny lice like bugs onto his clothes and even on his laptop.

Any ideas what they could be our how to get rid of them from a laptop? Is that even plausible? We're going to call some fumigators as well to try to get rid of them.

There are many ideas available to get rid of pigeon. Just you select one of them. You have a choice to buy the ultrasonic pigeon repellent or sonic pigeon repellent. But i think ultrasonic pigeon repellent is good because i have use it from many time and i know it features.
