Can someone ID this duck?

Make turducken out of him ... received my Nat'l Geographic last night and there was an article on a place in Louisiana. Their meat shop specializes in turducken. A turkey stuffed with a chicken which in turn is stuffed with a duck which is stuffed with stuffing.

That one made me laugh.

Duck: Remove the backbone, split the keel bone so you have two breasts.

Steam for 2 hrs.
Pan fry the breasts until the skin and fat are nice and crunchy.

Enjoy.
