Over the weekend I installed an SMC Barricade and got my second machine networked to my primary and the internet (via my cable modem). Figuring that I've got this dual machine just sitting idle most of the time, I'd like to use it to help out TeamAnandtech. So I go d/l the RC5 software, install it, configured it per this page. I've let it run for 2 days straight but each time I go enter my user name here, it doesn't show up. I've checked that I'm spelling the name correctly and really have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

Help????

You need to flush some completed work units and wait 24 Hrs. before you can find you stats.

Ah ok, I flushed some last night (work units that is :D), I guess I'll see if I show up tonight.

So do I understand this correctly, you have to flush your work units all the time??? I assumed it would do it automatically.

If you didn't change the client's default configuration, the client will try a download enough WUs (Work Units) to last 3 (three) days.

Daaavo,
Your stats are here. Now you have to go to the bottom of the page and click on "send me my password". When you have that you can go here and click on "I want to join this team"

Welcome aboard!

Ok.....looks like I'm in business. Thanks for the help. What does everyone have their buffer in/out options set to??? I've got mine set to 100 but think I may drop it back to 24.

Thanks again.

So let me ask you something, do you manually flush your work everyday, or do you just update every four days???
