Can someone help with my computer?

Hello,

I have an ABIT NF7-S board and I had 2x256mb of hyperx memory. I just added a stick of xms3200 512mb also. They are all the same speed. Now, all I get is beeping with no post. I took the xms3200 stick back out to go back to my original config and still NOTHING. I have cleared the cmos like 10 times already. Is there anything I can do?

try it with just the new stick in bank 1

tried that...still the same thing. I wonder if my motherboard died

Did you change anything else?

Some commonly overlooked things:

-Is the power supply switched on in the back?
-Is the power supply connected to the motherboard?
-Is the power-on switch connected correctly to the motherboard?

Sometimes I have to unplug my ATX power connector (on the inside) and plug it back in. It's worth a shot, anyway.

ive tried every combination possible with the memory, and reseated it a million times.

i took the motherboard out of the case to make sure it wasnt grounding or anything....

still NOTHING!

im going to return this piece of crap.
