Can someone help troubleshoot my GA-SQ800 mobo?

Hey, I just put together a pretty nice computer, here are my parts:
Intel P4 2.66ghz 512k
Gigabyte GA-SQ800
(2x) Kingston Hyper-X cas2 512mb
Lite-On DVD
Lite-On CD-RW
Western Digital 80gb 8mb cache
Gainward GeForce3 Ti200 Golden Sample

All inside a:
Enermax CS-317 Silver (the one with rainbow lights) with a 350watt PSU built in

Okay here's my problem. When I go to plug in the computer and the monitor, the fans come on, the LEDs come on, hard drive, CD-RW/DVD, everything electronic, however, it doesn't give any system beeps (I'm positive the beep jumper is correct, I tested it both front and back) and nothing appears on the screen at all. The CD/DVD are flashing consistently and there is a constant hard drive movement (very small). Anyway, with my processor working (it was warm so I know it was working), my hard drive working, and everything else, I'm thinking it's the motherboard. If this is a problem, what should I do? It doesn't say in the instructions how to reset the CMOS or flash the BIOS without turning on the computer. It's so frustrating when you spend about 2 hours building the sucker then spend six hours troubleshooting. Anyway, thanks if anyone can help.

You may have to remove the mobo battery to clear the cmos. Try that first, and if it doesn't work, try removing the board and placing it on a box or anti static bag, with just the cpu/heatsink, video card, and one stick of memory, and see if will post.
