Tommorow two others kids and I have to do a presentation on the culture of Costa Rica. First we talk about a few different aspects of the culture, then we show a powerpoint (or other visual), and then we have to do an activity. This activity has to get the class involved and they have to learn at the same time... The group that presented today taught the class the tango as their activity..
I don't really want to teach a dance/song, so any other ideas?
I was thinking some sorts of arts/crafts maybe, but I don't really know.
thanks!
Foods is not an option as it is 9:19pm and word searches are not allowed, so I'm guessing Game Shows fall into that same category :frown:

If anyone knows anything about Costa Rica: are there any special games the kids play that I could do with the class? Are there any special greetings or anything unique?

do something on the food. talk about it and then give some to the class. not too tough
Two groups already did food and I dunno if that is what the teacher is looking for. Sure, they're eating it, but that's not really getting involved.
O, another example: One group did some Spanish country that greeted people different there, so he had the class split up and practice greeting each other.. 😕
