Can someone help me with screw sizes?

I have a box that says the screws are "Countersunk #4 head, #6 screw". I'm trying to have a new custom front panel manufactured for the box from a metal shop, but I don't know what diameter hole or size threads I'll need. Also, I'll need a screw that's about 4mm longer than whatever comes with that box (i'm not sure if screw length is described in "#4 head, #6 screw"

Nope, that doesn't describe the length of the screw, just the diameter of the threads (#6) and the size of the head (same as a #4 screw).

should have a length after the screw size.
