err, looks a bit odd. i wasn't asking for exactly 100x100, sorry . just around that size. i guess you can keep it the same ratio but just make it smaller and suitable for an avatar. thanks a lot though

That requires knowing the height, width, and file size limitations. Check the forums you want to use it in to see what their limitations are, then post them so we don't have to keep guessing.

There really is no size limitation but somewhere in the 100x100 area is preferred, file size limitation is 1 MB. (I'm the administrator of the forum and I set my own limits..)

Well, it's not going to be square if you want to keep the same ratio. The original image is longer than it is tall, so Hx100 maybe? I'm trying to use this POS software that I have, but I don't want to buy it and the trial version puts this crappy banner over all the frames when you save it.

nah, its just the trial. i like to download it every once in awhile and play around with it.
