Hello all,

I was looking at a corsair 350D type case but have decided that maybe it would be best to get a mid tower size case in order to get an ATX motherboard and more room inside.

Here are some important things to note here:

1) I plan to get a 4670k chip and overclock it to 4.0 or maybe 4.2 if possible? Nothing drastic

2) I DO NOT plan to use liquid cooling

3) I need a case that has good air flow and is more geared towards that if possible

4) I live in a place with high humidity and temps can run high in summer time especially

5) Dust is a big concern as well especially in the dry season (computer will be in a room with the windows open and no Air Conditioner)

6) Live near the sea and things tend to rust pretty quickly here

7) hoping to find a solid case that can last me awhile considering my environment

Things I do not care about:

1) I do not care about sound proofing

2) I do not care about sli or crossfire ( too much issues right?)

3) I do not need a ton of HDD bays or SSD bays because I do not see myself using more than 2 SSD's and 2 HDD at any one given time.

4) I do not care if the case has a window or not

Budget ---------> Less than $200 and if I can find a case that meets my needs for around $100 then even better:)

So what all different types of cases do you guys recommend?

Lian Li A55...

its small ... and i mean real small for an ATX thanks to its unique PSU placement.

Its made of annodized alu... so whats this rust u talk about?
it has no window... and it is still overclocking friendly allowing a large tower sink to sit on cpu, and allows enough reasonable room.

Cost... it shouldnt run you more then 100 dollars shipped... i saw them on amazon for less then 100 at some vendors even.

Thanks for your reply.

On another forum, someone recommended the Corsair 750D. Do you all think it might be overkill for my needs?
