Can someone help me make a Quake 3 command line to launch directly to my game ?

Sometimes when I want to relax (this will sound weird) but I like to listen to mp3's and crank down q3's sound all the way down and just play a quick game on q3dm17(?) the Longest Mile. It sucks having to go thru single player->skirmish->fwd->fwd->fwd etc. to dm17, then to "fight". I know in Q2 based games you could launch from the command line with switches and it would jump directly to the game you want.

I looked thru the quake 3 manual and didn't see command line switches for quake3.exe or whatever.

I play against default bots for that level, major doom and sorlag, on the difficulty level just below nightmare, on the longest mile map. what would the cmd line switches be ? or a startup script or something?
