Can someone help me locate drivers for this soundcard?

According to device manager, it's a Creative ViBRA 16C PnP. I've searched around creative's website and found no leads. Maybe I'm just blind...

Also, if you still can't figure out what it is, all Creative Labs soundcards usually have a model # stamped somewhere on the card. They usually begin with CT, and will look something like CT4830 (SB Live! Value).
