They nest in the corner of my bathroom like every week. The entire room/house is clean and spotless. We don't live messy, but every now and then these strange eggs pop up in the same exact corner of the restroom. I clean it up, and they are back within a few days.

Any ideas on how to get rid of them permanently? Sorry all i have is a crappy cellphone camera, this is the best picture out of 10 or so that i took

No offense but why is it when someone is posting a bug thread they always take the shittiest picture and post it. I cant make that out and if I tried to it looks as though you put dirt in the corner.

If your going to post a picture PLEASE make it in focus and the best you can, please please please! How we supposed to tell you what they are when we cant make it out???????????????

I click these kinds always with my hopes high of seeing a really cool picture and all we get is fuzzy crap you have a hell of a time making anything out if your lucky to even make anything out at all.

Sorry rant over. OP any chance of a better pic for Im afraid looking at that one I say your house is a mess and you need to vacuume it more often for its dirt :D

OH and if that trully is eggs thats a crap load of eggs you got there. Maybe collect them and allow them to hatch and see what bugs your dealing with so you can effectivly attact the matter at hand?

You sure it's eggs? If it was a fungus it might come back after cleaning like you said, whereas I can't see any animal constantly laying eggs where it knows for sure they have been destroyed before.

It looks like you have termites. If they have a grainy feel and can't be crushed to the point where liquid comes out, then it's probably part of your house.

If that's how much of your house is coming apart each week. You better call the exterminator ASAP. I've had termite problems before and it looks like the picture you posted. There could be a couple hundred thousand termites lurking in your house chipping away at the foundation. You don't want to be around when mating season comes, they come out and fly in swarms.

ugh, they are definitely termites eggs then, they are those ant look a like bugs (slightly bigger) that that have wings aren't they? I've seen them around my room and the dead ones leave their wings scattered about my room. We have hardwood floor so I guess it makes sense.

Also, I live in a condominium with five condos attached. Wonder how I am going to deal with this

Here is ant and termite differances and what you can do to determine if you have termites or not.

Sure sounds like termites to me. I'd get an exterminator out to confirm, they'll do it for free.

Then call the condo association and demand they take care of it. This might be a gray area for condos though, don't know.

Those aren't eggs.

As others have said, looks like what I like to call "mining dust", from insects.

Do you rent/lease or do you own? If you rent, call the landlord and inform them of the problem. If you own, then call the condo association and ask them what to do. If you share walls with other units, chances are that other people's condos are affected as well. If the association won't do anything, then talk to your neighbors and maybe you can pool together as a group to have the whole building treated.

I would build a massive army of insects. Hey, they might come in handy with those pesky neighbors.

I just cleaned the batch in the picture this morning around 4PM. A whole new batch of eggs/dust just replaced it right now, it's only been 5 hours. pesky bugs.

Btw I own the condo, but I'll go ahead and contact association first to see what they recommend doing.
