Can someone help me help a friend? Ipod Question

A friend's daughter got an IPOD Nano for christmas.

He has an old compaq pentium II 400 with windows 98.

The computer works fine for his purposes, but his daughter of course wants to sync music with her ipod.

The problem of course is Itunes requires Win2000


I know there is some workaround to allow mp3's to be transferred from a 98 system to her ipod, what are the best workarounds.

i drag and drop on my nano...works fine. plug n play. than drag n drop has worked good for me on win98

You could try using alternative iPod software. I don't know of any except for ephpod and the ml_iPod plugin for winamp.
