hi..
i need a forum for my site....kinda like anandtechs...it looks kewl..but i need it for free...i saw one at www.asp-dev.com
but it sux..like the admin thing..is kinda weak and it's down a lot...i would appreciate it..thx

The bulletin board script of choice for most sites is the "Ultimate Bulletin Board". Anandtech runs the latest version of "fuseTalk". But for free, you're pretty much restricted to lesser scripts like "WWWBoard". All three are linked to below.

My suggestion is either to buy a copy of UBB or get WWWBoard and learn a little about CGI while messing around with the code in there. If you run into scripting problems, well, you know where to turn.

If you are on an NT machine, check out http://www.aspin.com for many asp bulletin boards. I setup one on my site and altered the admin capabilities myself.. (although I know asp programming). Good luck and happy hunting.
