Can Someone Help Me Configure Internet Connection Sharing On Win98SE

Hello, i just installed win98 se on 2 of my computers in my house, only i can't get it working. I already have the computers networked normally, so they can share files and such but the internet don't work. I ran the wizards on both and such but it still won't work from my 2nd pc. On my main pc i have the internet connection sharing icon in my try and it says that 1 computer is sharing the connect, but when i go to my 2nd pc i can't surf the web. I've tried uninstalling the Connection sharing program and reinstalling but still no luck. I am a complete network moron so could someone walk me thru step by step please? It's prolly kinda asking a lot but i'd be very happy. 🙂

If there is however a program that will allow me to share the net that is seperate from win98se like sygate or something that is free and easier to use then by all means tell me about it. 🙂

Also i'm only sharing the 28.8, i know don't laugh, spare me the useless "are you kidding" posts, i only want to do this to learn, and just cuz it's cool. 🙂
