im planning on buying this ram from crucial:
128MB SDRAM, PC133 ? CL=2 ? Unbuffered ? Non-parity ? 7.5ns ? 3.3V ? 16Meg x 64
is this cas2 ram?
and can this ram probly go to 150mhz? cause im running my system at 150mhz bus with the ram i have now and i down want to clock it back to normal
also anyhting i might need to know before i do anything stupid? hehe

to my knowledge, it is cas2 ram. its probably unlikely it will hit 150mhz 2-2-2. if you put it to 3-3-3 then it might work at 150mhz

I have that exact same stick in my machine right now. Its part number CT16M64S4D7E I believe. I'm running at at CAS 2 at 140 Mhz right now, I had it up to 145, but the system wasn't stable, not sure if it was the ram or not causing it.

The CL=2 in RAM descriptions means the same thing as CAS2.

As for running at 150MHz, it should run fine at 150MHz at CAS 2-3-2, possibly even 2-2-2, although that isn't very likely, it's possible.
