I am not sure what will be needed to determine the specs...so here is everything that is on it.

That looks like a compaq part number for Micron PC133 16x16 7.5ns Cas3, hence, the 333 or 3-3-3. Can't tell if it's ECC. If it's a Compaq part, you'll pay thru the nose for it, probably. 🙂

That's the same part it would get me if I was putting it in an Asus board and needed ram of that spec. It's good ram.
