Can someone fix this MP3 for me?

I burned this song off the Brassed Off soundtrack. At the beginning, before the song plays there's a loud scratch noise. I just need someone to get rid of that, and I dont have the tools/know what to use in the first place to fix it. If anyone could do this, Id greatly appreciate it.

Its a good tool, but it takes a bit of practice to learn its secrets.

With an AC3 plugin it can encode AC3 for you.
