because to me, it appears to mean this based on what I see.

no justice = not the verdict I want
no peace = we gon wreck shit up

can we just fucking give these people their own state and let them police themselves since they hate cops so much.
i'll even let them get first pick. NY, CA, anything.
let them burn their own communities down all they want. just don't cross over into our civil states and we won't interfere in yours.

and before anyone tries to pull race into this, i'm talking about the protestors, the cop haters, the looters, etc.

tan·trum
ˈtantrəm/
noun
noun: tantrum; plural noun: tantrums

an uncontrolled outburst of anger and frustration, typically in a young child.
"he has temper tantrums if he can't get his own way"
synonyms: fit of temper, fit of rage, fit, outburst, pet, paroxysm, frenzy, bad mood, mood, huff, scene;
informalhissy fit
"how can you tolerate his tantrums?"

These people don't want justice. If they did they would have read the document dump and gone home realizing that they were on the wrong side of the argument and have been worked into a frenzy by idiots like CNN and Al Sharpton.

They are saying that the policeman acted as the judge, jury, and executioner and the victim saw no justice for his alleged crime.

means people are saying stupid shit that amounts to nothing to justify looting I imagine.

Haven't even looked at news updates lately, sounds like some catchphrase born of idiocy.
