Can someone explain VIVO to me?

I understand that it means Video In/Video out (I think) but how would this be different from an ATI All in wonder, per say? Sorry for the dumbass question. There's no such thing as stupid questions, just stupid people. ;-)

This means you can import video from another source (S-video, etc.). All-in-wonder cards actually have a built-in television tuner. VIVO cards do not.

I believe that counts as "TV-Out" only. VIVO is video in/video out, thus you need a video input which the s-video is not.
