Can someone explain to me any differances between the Shuttle SN41G and the SB51?

I'm not completely sure if I got those names correct, but I am talking about the up in coming Nforce based XPC and the Intel based XPC. I understand one uses AMD the other uses Pentium and they have differant chipsets, but are there other differances? I want to get one to use as a main rig, but i will prolly incorporate it into my home theater as well. So it will have a Radeon 8500DV and prolly a Hercules game theater XP in it. Would I be better off waiting for Nforce, or should I just go for the P4 based system.

On a side note, hyperthreading in the new P4 CPUs, does that only work with multi threaded programs or will that work with any program?

One more question, does anyone know, what if anything AMD has planned to compete with hyperthreading?

You might want to go to the small form factor forum at www.sudhian.com (was ViaHardware) and read up on the various Shuttle XPC choices, lots of posts from owners.

I'm thinking of buying the 8500 all in wonder to my Shuttle SB51.
Other eq. is: P4 2.4 /533, 512 Mb Pc2700, etc.

Did anyone of you have experiences from this combination?
