Can someone explain this PCI retention mechanism?

I'm trying to decide on a smaller case and I see this retention mechanism for cards on all the cheap microATX cases. In-Win, Rosewill, and Foxconn all seem to have it. Take a look at the EM013, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811108184 and tell me how that works. Or is it just screwing each card in normally?

it works like this.
You take off that single screw on the back, and remove that metal boxlike thing.
Install your card, and put the boxlike thing over the card bracket. Install screw.

Yup, it's that outside boxlike thing with one screw. I'm sure you can use a screw on each card if you'd rather. The Rosewill R560X series has a spring bar that holds the cards in place, others have individual plastic locks to hold the card. The mfr's site links from the Newegg product pages generally give more detail.
