I've always used Port Fowarding , never really knew what port triggering was used for.
For example:
Utorrent I use port 37053. So I go into port forwarding, and put in the ip addy of my desktop, and the range of ports, and I'm done. If I want to have my laptop use utorrent, I have to go into the router page, and change the ip (keeping the same port), and then I can use my laptop's wireless with utorrent. Is this the optimal way of using port forwarding? Or should I be using port triggering?
