can someone explain: moment of inertia
and while ur at it how it relates to conservation of angular momentum..if u can?

inertia, once in motion will stay in motion until acted upon by another force.

So lets say you throw a baseball out in space, it will keep moving forever until it hits something or is knocked into a different direction.
