The other 2 are basicly the same. The different classes refure to the speed of the chip. But there should be no problem with either class in the phone. The chip itself will support far faster transfer speeds then the phone is capable of.

Another thing is that I've seen older phones/readers not being able to read the HC version of MicroSD.
