Now lets look at the number you pick.
Any random number between 0 and 99 can be represented as 10x1 + x2, now we take (x1 + x2) from this leaving 9x1 as your answer. Hence the result.

I chose 82.
82 - 8 -2 = 72
The symbols never match.

82's symbol isn't supposed to match 72's symbol and 82's symbol isn't supposed to match the "magic square".
72's symbol is supposed to match the "magic square".

To be honest, it's just a little trick. I tried it at first and I was like WTF...but what the site depends is that your mouse cursor will go over the # u end up with and that it will stay there for a little while. If you have your mouse cursor on it for a little while, even a quick sec, that's what it will end up as. If you do the same thing again and LEAVE YOUR MOUSE cursor OUT of the symbols (all of the symbols) you will see it doesn't work.

It's not that at all, it's purely mathematical. Look at the symbol for number 9 and it is always the same as the one uner the 'magic' squareOriginally posted by: SpyderX
