Can someone do me a quick favour?

Go to www.divx.com and try to download the free codec bundle.. verson 5.02

I can't seem to download it.. the save dialog pops up.. I click save and choose a destination but when it's supposed to download, it just stays at 0%..

I just wanna see if it's my side that's the problem.. cuz I switched to a new ISP and on occasion, my downloads would just stop.. for example, if I'm trying to download a 4 meg file.. it could stop at .. let's say.. 2.4 megs. Every time I try afterwards, it would stop at the same time.

It's the same way a few days later..

Does it happen at other sites too, or just www.divx.com? If you need the file, I'm pretty sure you can find a mirror somewhere.

Thanks but I was able to download it at another site.. any ideas what might be causing this?? There's no proxy server... and I actually did a clean install today of WinXP but it was the same thing. So it's gotta be my ISP.... ive only been with them for about 9 days but this has just happened recently
