Can someone do a quick photo cleanup for me?

A big version and a original one. I need it big, so I can print it off and edit things on it, but its pretty blurred. If there is any way to make it darker overall, that would be cool too. Thanks for your help.

You scanned that right? Well, in the scanning options choose a darker option

EDIT: You need to scan it in at a higher resolution to get the big one to look good.

No, got an idea from a buddy, and I am designing a body kit for my truck and thats all I ahve to go with right now.
