Looking for either a webpage or chart online that will show me
the various Intel and AMD processors and their settings?

What "settings" are you referring to?

FSB, Multiplier and voltage which is just what that link
you had is good for.

When helping out friend's with computer problems I'm
seeing a bunch of different AMD cpu's and have always
been confused about all the different ones they made.

That chart should be of great help.
