thats the whole thing, it happens randomly. not sure what the deal is but i think its the low v-core voltage but a $hitty psu.
 
might try checking the event viewer to see if you can get any more info on the error... if it keeps happening you can set up some logs to watch the cpu performance and see if that really is what's causing the problem.

 
thats a good idea, this happens when i try to install the win2k sp2 !! before that it seems to run ok but i dont trust it.
