Can someone compare these 2 graphic cards for me?

Hi. First time poster here. What i'm wondering is how much better would a 64MB GeForce4 MX Graphics Card with TV-Out be then a 32mb ddram Geforce 2 gts 4x agp? Would it be worth trading my geforce 2 for the geforce 4mx if it were no cost to me? I'd just like to know how much better it is. If anyone could provide a simple breakdown comparison of each card I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
 
It looks like a good deal. But stay away from the GeForce4MX 420 SDR version, they are the weakest and your geforce2 will beat it up. If its the MX440 or the MX460, definitely go for it.
