Without reading it (I will a little later) you have way too many points. 4 or 5 max should do it.
The best resumes highlight key responsibilities of interest to employers. If they are interested, they'll ask for more details. You don't want anyone wading through all of that.

There will be a lot of empty space on my resume if I reduce to 4-5 max bullet points. But I will try to condense and change the format around so there won't be much white space at the bottom

I would recommend being more specific about your experiences while working at McDonalds:

-----------------------------------

Job #1
• Led foundation and transactional data work streams through project life cycle, working closely with client stakeholders, ie taught new comers how to mop

• Supervised a team of testing resources for a Human Capital Management ERP implementation, ie encouraged hot chicks to have their friends apply

• Partnered with cross-dysfunctional teams to gather requirements, validate data and conduct data analysis for a web-enabled tool, ie texted frequently during dinner periods

• Supported risk management assessment teaming with a leading investment management company and helped determine feasibility, understanding data sources, interfaces, business process impacts, total cost of ownership, potential redundancies from implementation, ie worked the drive-thru

• Conducted gap analysis to close discrepancies for a system development life cycle methodology, ie counted how many front teeth customers were missing

• Modeled As-Is and To-Be process flows using MS Visio that outline control points in Billing, Auto-Renewal and Supply Chain, ie worked the register

• Supported a migration strategy for the transition of existing projects and processes to the new methodology framework, ie helped re-introduce the McRib

• Spearheaded development of training strategy and training materials in preparation of deployment, ie tried to educate the uneducated to properly flip a burger

• Conducted bi-weekly presentations for new joiner orientation as part of the methodology team, ie helped new recruits stay motivated while cleaning the toilet all day

• Maintained work plans in MS Project and generated weekly status reports, ie surfed ATOT while restocking the condiment section

• Completed training in Advanced Process Analytics and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt through Moresteam, ie learned how to reheat a hamburger patty after its fallen on the floor

• Received client employee recognition award for outstanding contributions in teamwork on the methodology team, ie McDonalds Team Member of the Month for April!

Internship
• Managed internal financial research and monitored daily model submissions from all member investment firms, ie asked customers "cash or credit" and helped them input pin when they said "debit".

• Summarized key points from company earnings releases, transcripts and conference calls to create analytical reports, ie ease-dropped on manager conversations and shared with employees who was going to be fired next week

• Spearheaded a benchmarking analysis to compare contributions from member firm investment banks with the goal of creating wider global coverage, ie spit in salads

• Worked with product managers to launch XXX, a full-service broker evaluation program designed for institutional investors, ie had XXX times after closing with underaged co-workers using the cooled french fry oil and ranch salad dressing

• Analyzed trends and anomalies in financial research and model contributions with Excel for both internal and external parties, ie pushed 2/$1.00 cherry pies to drive thru customers.

• Gathered sell-side equity research to identify daily rating changes, drops and initiations for analysis, ie refused service to homeless people

• Conducted quality assurance and testing, proactively ensuring that the products meet all business requirements, ie ate half-eaten happy meals left in the lobby for lunch on days that I forgot my wallet.

holy crap man.

Making simple things sound complicated doesn't make it more impressive. Can you just use more straigtforward English? Or are you trying to get a job as a legalese writer for a corporate liability office?
