TDP = Thermal Design Power. Given the stock settings for a piece of hardware, it's the thermal envelope, the maximum possible heat dump that you need to deal with on a cooling aspect.
Sorry bout that. So basically If a Processor's TDP is rated at 125 thats the most amount of heat it will give off? and I've read about if it exceeds the TDP the processors will throttle back?
