Where do I go in bios,as in every step, maybe with a screenshot. I don't know anything. I don't know what HTT means, where to find it and what to use it for. I've read the guides, but after reading,I try to go in BIOS and those lines aren't there,so I have no idea what to change
This is only if you have AsRock motherboards as Command names are different and I wouldn't know what stands for what.

Thank you.

P.S. I have a stock fan and ocz premiere 4x512mb ram

I don't think someone is going to be able to tell you exactly what values to enter. First of all, the person would have to have exactly the same setup, and even then, your system is not guranteed to work the same as the other person's. I'm sure you've read the guide here, but you should also check out this guide. It contains a wealth of information and might help you out on where to start.

If you want someone to give you the exact values to enter, go to firingsquad.com. In there forums, in hardware discussion is a thread called "Lenin's OC'ing thread" It should be stickied. Anyway, go in and post your specs and Lenin will give you the exact values you should enter for your specific BIOS and everything. He helped me overclock my opty 148, but there was a waiting line for him when I got my 165 so I just oc'd myself and got great results (see sig)

There are a lot of people with similar setups. 3800-4800 X2's and AsRocks. This is why I posted here. I am pretty sure A LOT of people will be able to help me.

thanks for a link, but it doesn't explain/show anything and is no use to me at this point..thanks
