can somebody send me the files to a windows startup disk?

If you have windows installed all the files should already be on your PC. Check your \windows\command directory (under 9x, not sure about NT/2k and up).
 
ummmmm windows xp doesent have a command folder can somebody just zip up the files and just pm me so I can download them? Please!
 
so I just put those files on a cd or floppy right?

if I put it on cd does it have to be a bootable cd?
