Hey, welcome to the forums.

From Gigabyte's site:
Support for DDR3 1666(OC)/1333/1066 MHz memory module

I'd start here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010170147%201052129233%201052315794&name=4GB%20%282%20x%202GB%29
If you don't want to do a lot of OCing/tweaking, i'd look for something @ default 1.5v like this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231277

Note that you'll likely need to OC a bit to get the rated DDR3-1600.

While everything is a personal preference when you build your own system, a case is even more so.
I'd suggest looking at what people like in the Cases & Cooling forum.

Memory - just get DDR3 1333 or 1600 - whatever is cheap, it's all the same these days due to the integrated memory controller on the chip.

Case - pick whatever you like. Preferably get something without a power supply and buy that separate (Corsair, Seasonic make excellent models & Antec Earthwatts series are great too) because most of the "included" power supplies aren't worth the risk.

If you get a case buy one that has the extended motherboard tray. As if you ever have to buy a bigger motherboard the extended ones you will have a case for it. If not you will have a large amount of space and easy to work around and good air flow.
