Can somebody help me w/ Sygate message that keeps repeating?

Although I check the "do not show this again" box it keeps on pooping up. Anyone else have this problem? The box appears in the lower right corner and it is telling me that it blocked something. Here is an example.

An application named NDIS User mode I/O Driver (file name ndisuio.sys) has been blocked from accessing the network.
