Can somebody help me prove that current PCs generate superior graphics to PS2? Preferably with screenshots.

Ignoring all the technical side what are some good screenshot comparisons? I'm talking about PS2 games that are available now and PC games also that are available (not coming out...). I was thinking of comparing Quake 3, citizen kabuto, max payne, etc. because they are all available on both platforms but on the PS2 none look as good as MGS2 - so what PC game currently has graphics that trounce something as nice as mgs2?

I don't have screenshots, but I have the GF3 optimized version of Giants: Citizen Kabuto and my brother has the PS2 version. I can not even begin to explain how much better it is on the PC. I loved this game for the PC and was hoping the PS2 version would be just as good, but was I ever wrong. On the PS2 it looks like absolute crap! I have yet to see Max Payne on the PS2, but I doubt it can look as good as the PC's.

No contest, IMHO.

thats just the problem... an optimized game to set equipment will be better then a ps2.. but most games are made to fit much lower systems... big disadvantage
