can somebody explain the user rating plz

was just wondering what is good and what is bad. is 1 or 10 good.

10 is the best, 1 is the worst.

10 is best, but who cares, some people just randomly give people ratings, most people give out a low rating if someone pisses them off, but won't give out a high rating if they do something good....don't worry about it. A word of warning, usually posting about your rating gets your rating lowered.
