Can somebody clue me in on these MSE files?

If I just want to try out MSE which one of these should I have it download?

Most likely you do not have MSE installed, so the top one is the initial release and the 2nd one is the updated version
 
I have tried both ways. Checked both and let Windows Update handle, but one time I just selected the newer one (v4.8) to see if it would install without the prior. It did and the old one went away after. I think it could just be a glitch in WU superseded detection. You have to watch for the licensing acceptance prompt, though. A few times that license acceptance Window gets minimized and sits there on the task bar not very noticeable, waiting for your input and holding up completion.
