Can somebody change the color in this pic w/ Photoshop?

Looking to change all of the black plastics to white, possibly the white to an Oral-B (toothpaste) blue.

a bit more clear on what you want....you want the black changed to something between white & oral b blue?
or do you want the black to white, and the yellow to blue?
or whatttt

I have two words for you:
Polka dots.

meh screw it. if anyone else wants to try, the procedure i was using with ok results was:

select black plastic

desaturate

invert

apply variations to get whatever color you want

feather selection around the sun shiney spots & make then white again (they become black when you invert)
