Can Shuttle AN35N Ultra unlock multipliers of XP1700+?

I was wondering if a Rev1.1 AN35N can unlock the multipliers of an XP1700+ T'bred B? I have an Epox 8RDA+ and it unlocks the cpu up to 12.5 multiplier but my ECS N2U400 board does not unlock the multipliers. My Epox board is crapping out so I want another one and a member is selling a new AN35N on F/S forum. Thanks.
 
I believe it can. A buddy of mine is running that board with a Tbred 2100+ and it's unlocked to that 12.5x divider.
 
I have 2 1800+'s running on that board unlocked.
I don't think it is up to the board though. The processor has to be unlocked.

BTW-you can probably get plenty of speed with that one. 2.2-2.4 ghz most likely.
 
The T'Bred is unlocked up to 12.5 multiplier as I've tried it on my Epox but my ECS can't (stuck at 11x). I've only gotten it stable to 1.9 ghz on my epox stable but it's probably the motherboard that is holding me back. The Epox is rev1 which doesn't go up to 200mhz fsb.
