Nope...she shouldn't even be out of bed!!!

WTF is her problem?!?!

dude....she's fine!

Some women even keep working right up until the moment their water breaks or contractions become too painful to work.

Yup, unless she has had one or more miscarriages or problem pregnancies. When in doubt ask her OBGYN

Some OB/GYNs will proscribe air flight when their patients are within a few weeks of their due date. That'd be the only objection I'd have (barring travel to the third world of course).

The only reason people say not to fly when they're close is cuz they don't want to have an in-flight delivery.

Whatever. All I know is that for all 3 pregnancies my wife endured her OB/GYN proscribed air travel for the last few weeks. (technical dude, not medical)

Oh yeah, especially with pregnancies #2 and #3. Morning sickness became just sickness for her.

My wife drove herself to her last weekly checkup when I was at work. She was able to drive as normal, but it took her a long time to get places as she'd have to stop to barf frequently. :brokenheart:

I have no knowledge on why it WOULD be prescribed, which is why I was responding to the question about prego women being told NOT to fly. Even then, it isn't so much a MEDICAL reason for being told not to fly, it has to do with teh suxor airlines not wanting to have to make unscheduled pitstops/etc to drop off a newborn baby.

That's probably why she was given motion sickness pills to ease the morning sickness

I said proscribed, which is the opposite of prescribed. Sorry, I didn't mean to confuse the issue.

Many airlines have policies that you can't fkly if you are past a certain poit. THe pressure change can have an affect on the woman and can cause her to give birth....

Ask her doctor.
