Short answer, no. A womans cycle can vary from month to month, don't worry about it. A period can slow down, almost to the point of stopping, then pick back up again. It varies, doubt she is pregnant.
Another possibility, and I can't verify this is true of all women, is that sex (especially intensely good sex) can alter the symptoms associated with having her period without actually 'ending' it. I know there are some women who experience relief from the intensity of cramps, have their moods adjusted (likely from the release of beneficial body chemicals), and experience lessened or no bleeding afterwards. Again, I can't verify this medically so take it for what it's worth.
