Can See Files but everything is DENIED

Hey guys, I recently installed SP2 for on Windows XP Pro (everything seemed to go fine and it asked me to go ahead and restart) and now the computer goes to BSOD after the windows logo comes with the blue bar running across the bottom.

So I took the messed up HD into my other rig and it is recognized and I can look at the files, but not use anything or copy onto the working HD. How can I bypas this?
