Can SBC/Pacbell delegate out rDNS for Business Class DSL customers?

Anyone know if you're a business class ADSL customer if SBC/Pacbell will setup static rDNS pointers for you on their end? Better yet, will they hand over rDNS control completely? The SBC DSL tech folks I've been talking to seem to be somewhat clueless so far. :| Would like for them at least to setup static pointers!

I've never heard of rDNS ....Oh Well....

Anyway, Yes, I believe they will, both counts.

If you check out the SBC Internet Systems (SBCIS) web site , there is a tab for for changing DNS entries, and I'm pretty sure they will also delegate the DNS ... depending on the contract.

I work with some former SBCIS folks, I'll ask (Monday) and re-post if that's not the case.

It's actually a couple different groups; the DSL folks handle the transport (layer 1 services) and SBCIS / DIA (Direct Internet Access) handle the Layer Two and up.
