Can SBC/Pacbell delegate out rDNS for Business Class DSL customers?

Anyone know if you're a business class ADSL customer if SBC/Pacbell will setup static rDNS pointers for you on their end? Better yet, will they hand over rDNS control completely? :) The SBC DSL tech folks I've been talking to seem to be somewhat clueless so far. :| Would like for them at least to setup static pointers!

 I've never heard of rDNS ....Oh Well....

Anyway, Yes, I believe they will, both counts.

If you check out the SBC Internet Systems (SBCIS) web site , there is a tab for for changing DNS entries, and I'm pretty sure they will also delegate the DNS ... depending on the contract.

I work with some former SBCIS folks, I'll ask (Monday) and re-post if that's not the case.

It's actually a couple different groups; the DSL folks handle the transport (layer 1 services) and SBCIS / DIA (Direct Internet Access) handle the Layer Two and up.

FWIW
