Can Roccat Kave challenge Sennheiser PC 350?

I want new headphones, and I want good ones, but I am so much in doubt now.

Roccat is releasing a new pair of headphones in May.

Real 5.1 surround (Speakers with 15 degree spread, "sub" is powered by USB)
Detachable Mic

But then we have the Sennheiser PC 350 which
Gets 10/10 in 90% of all reviews, both user reviews and site reviews
Its Sennheiser

I have a Auzentech Prelude so utilizing the sound shouldnt be a problem.

Most multi speaker headsets tend to have poor reputations, and those Roccats seem to be no different than the standard affair, the only one I have seen that has a majority of positive hype surrounding it are the Psyko 5.1s, but that will run you $300

others would be:

Beyerdynamic MMX 300

Astro A40

each of those two sets are similar to and are as good if not better than the Sennheiser PC 350 (albeit more expensive)

The Astro A40 seems nice, but I cant find them in Denmark or anywhere near, so they will be mighty expensive to get shipped. The Psyko will be twice the pay of PC 350 if I can find them inside EU, else I have to pay 25% tax ontop of it.

So will wait and see how the Roccat fares, and otherwise go with the PC 350, just annyoid it dont have removeable mic so I can use it outside my house :S

Surround headphones are gimmicks (how many ears do you have).

Two decent quality and good value stereo headsets with removeable/folding mic that I know of are:

-Fatal1ty gaming headset ((creative))
-GameCom 377 (plantronics
