Can Premier Pro CC or Avid read Panasonic VOB?

We have an old 4:3 Panasonic dig camera, the video plays out OK on screen. The file folder is VIDEO_TS /VTS_01.01.VOB. I don’t know if it’s kinda like encrypted file, but it loads smoothly in a SW named ******* iMedia Converter for Mac (got it from giveawayoftheday). Then I choose its DNxHD preset to output a MOV for Avid or passing to my partner who’s running Premier Pro CC.

If you can play the VIDEO_TS folder on your computer, the folder is not encrypted. About the product you mean, I have tried it for almost one month, it does handle my TiVo recordings beautifully, work like charm!
