At my workplace we have a custom designed program that runs through Outlook. It uses custom forms and needs a plug-in called 'Xprint' to load properly. It's basically a helpdesk application where we look through and organize people's request for computer help.

I would like to, in the future, use a PDA to browse wirelessly these requests and keep updated on any new ones that come in while I'm out. Can the outlook that comes with the current PDAs do this? I have a really old one and all it does is sync with the inbox, it won't even go to the Public Folders, which is where our program resides.

Thanks!
